On The Day Coordination
Up to 50 guests
Congratulations, you've come this far! You have planned everything meticulously but now you need some professional help. From up to 6 weeks out from your wedding date, our team takes over to fully take on all your planning details and execute with ease.
This package is suited for the couple that has completed all of their planning and would like assistance with vendor communication, logistics, timelines and on the day execution. We will secure a 1.5hr meeting to discuss everything you have organised, gain all key contacts and chat about your vision for the day. Everything that is in your head will now sit with us so you can fully relax.

Full runsheet created by our team and shared with your vendor team

Touch base with all vendors and venue to ensure logistically everything is going to run smoothly

Check over seating and floor plan if required

Take on the role of key contact so you don't get calls

Coordinator on-site for up to 8hrs (extra hours can be added at $100p/hr)

Coordination & Styling
Coordination + Styling Assistance
This is for the couple that want all of the inclusions in the coordination package plus a stylist on-site. This is a great avenue if your venue has a requirement that a vendor must install all styling but you would like to provide your own or you would like to hire from our range and let us take on the role of coordinator and stylist saving you money organising multiple vendors.

If you don't know where to start or you have gotten half-way through your planning journey and it's becoming a little too much, we can step in to take over for you.

We can tailor a package for you that includes your venue research and supplier recommendations or we can start half-way through and create a styling moodboard and take on the coordination role.
