Nothing beats the excitement of saying YES!

Due to the limited number of weddings we host per year, we are unable to hold your date without a booking fee, if you want our kick-ass crew takes the wedding pressure off you then let’s get started!

THE BOOKING PROCESS

Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis and unfortunately we cannot hold spots. Please complete the online booking form to express your interest. Submission of the online booking form does not guarantee a booking. We will be in touch to notify receipt of your booking form and the next steps. For peace of mind, Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings reconfirms availability with the venue, wet weather plan and all vendors included within your package before issuing you an invoice. Once we have received your booking fee we will submit your Council permit application if needed and we’ll start this wedding adventure together. Can't wait!

PAYMENT DETAILS & OPTIONS  - Ask us about our smaller payment plans and/or credit card payments.

A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your location, date and time.  Banking details will be emailed to you with your invoice after submitting the booking form.  We are not able to hold bookings, our pop up weddings are limited and are secured based on a first come first served basis.

 

  • All Essentials and Elopement Packages: $990 non-refundable booking fee

  • All Eat, Drink & Be Married Premium Packages: $1550 non-refundable booking fee

  • Styling & Hire: 30% non-refundable booking fee with a refundable SECURITY BOND

*Non-refundable booking fees will be deducted from the invoice total. All packages come with payment schedules. Travel fees may apply.

The booking fee is a non-refundable amount, deducted from the final balance of your package.  All packages come with compulsory payment schedules. Guest numbers must be confirmed 1 month prior to your booked wedding date. Final balances are payable 1 month prior to your wedding date.
