What is a SCPUW?
Established in 2016, Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings offer stress-free, stylish and affordable wedding packages in stunning locations across Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions. We specialise in intimate elopements, epic ceremonies and gorgeous micro weddings for the non-traditional couple who aren't a fan of wedding planning.
Sunshine Coast Pop Up Wedding packages allow couples to experience the best parts of a wedding at a fraction of the cost - why you say - because most of our weddings are held on weekdays! We have carefully curated the most important wedding elements into savvy weekday wedding packages.

We have personally handpicked a bunch of like-minded extremely talented wedding professionals who all have a passion for creating unforgettable weddings. Together we are known as Your "I Do" Crew. We make high-end wedding packages more affordable simply because our award-winning crew comes together to pop your wedding on a weekday. Our weekday wedding packages are a smarter way to stretch your wedding budget especially while accessing this level of wedding.

Elopements
You're both not a fan of a big bridal bash and it’s just about getting married and making your commitment official. Well, we hear you! We have two elopement packages available. One a true elopement and the other with a handful of your favourite people. Tell me more.
Ceremony Only (leave the ceremony with us and you organise the after party!)
Our signature ceremony package takes care of all the big ticket items you need to get married - at a certain standard if you get our drift. They are perfect for couples who want to organise some aspects of their wedding. Let us handle the ceremony and you take care of the after party. Tell me more.
Micro Weddings
If you're after a micro wedding our Eat, Drink & be Married Premium Packages are perfect; they include our signature ceremony with a cocktail reception. Typically, with 34-50 guests, they feature time-honoured traditions that make a wedding but on a much smaller scale. Tell me more.
TIMELINE GUIDE
A general timeline for a 3pm SCPUW on our 1.5 hour Signature Ceremony package is:
2.45pm - Parnter 1 and guests arrive at the ceremony location
2.55pm - Partner 2 arrives
3.00pm - Photographer commences. Ceremony begins (15min, short, sweet and meaningful) couple signs the official registry
3.20pm - Celebrate and mingle with guests. Photographer begins entire group, family and couples' location portraits
4.30pm - Hug and kisses as the ceremony concludes, continue the celebration with either a reception or after party
WHAT MAKES SUNSHINE COAST POP UP WEDDINGS DIFFERENT?
We plan and coordinate your entire package with some crazy attention to detail! From Information Packs, Preferred Suppliers Lists, Meet & Greets, Selection Forms to an epic Run Sheet we have you covered and that’s why we have couples from all over Australia not to mention the globe having destination weddings with us. On the day we are there with you from the moment you arrive, throughout your ceremony, on the photo shoot to the hugs and kisses as we farewell the newlyweds. That’s right some call us their honorary Bridesmaid! It's our crew, style and personalities that you can’t replicate. With a SCPUW you can get hitched with peace of mind as our kick-ass crew takes the wedding pressure off you!

OMG Where do I start!
The girls at SCPUW went above and beyond.
The whole 10 days we spent in qld preparing for our weddding everyday sunny and blue skies then rain rain rain on our wedding day! But that didn’t stop the girls making sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of. It was crazy and chaotic but that’s us and those girls just rolled with it and did the absolute best they could with what they had. Their communication is outstanding.
Their zest and love for weddings shows in everything they do.

Our wedding in October 2022 at Sandstone Point was organised in under 6 months and everything was absolutely perfect!
The professionalism, perfection, care, support, guidance and happy vibes by the team and SCPUW vendors was next level! Carmen was a treasure to work with, very quick replies and would answer all my silly questions with no judgement. She handled any drama/issues that popped up, we knew our day was in good hands! No idea was to big or crazy for Carmen. She delivered exactly what I had envisioned. It was the most beautiful, amazingly set up everyone could want. Always getting back to my emails super fast. Communication was excellent.
On the day, she made me feel calm and relaxed while being so organised. We had a bit of bad weather and she knew exactly what I wanted and I knew I could trust her with the decisions. I truely believe because of that it made my morning a much more enjoyable experience.
