Celebrant - beautiful 15min ceremony from our highly experienced celebrant including all legal paperwork, one meeting (online or in-person) and legal lodgement
1.5 hr photography coverage with our talented photographer - 150 digital images of your wedding story supplied via private online gallery (option to upgrade and extend your coverage)
Your choice of two bookable ceremony locations in Caloundra – Sir Leslie Wilson Park or Shelly Beach Picnic Area (subject to council approval)
Wedding ceremony council location permit application submitted to Sunshine Coast Council on your behalf
Offsite wet weather venue

Caloundra Powerboat Club
Set on absolute waterfront with the most spectacular views overlooking the beautiful Pumicestone Passage. We can take care of your ceremony while you work closely with their wedding team to perfect your reception. Our Essentials ceremony package is perfect at their gorgeous seaside wedding Gazebo. Caloundra Power Boat Club can cater for all types of functions with three function rooms, catering for anything from an intimate wedding of 30 to a large wedding of 180.
The Birdcage Parklands Tavern
Located in Meridan Plains approx. a 10min drive. Featuring The Birdcage a private function room which offers an amazing dinning experience for up to 70 guests seated or up to 150 cocktail style.
