Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings offers a range of hire items for weddings and events across the

Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions.

 

Our team has put together the perfect combination of styling pieces and ceremony décor for your special day. Each of our packages include set up, dismantle, a set hire period and can be customised to suit your needs.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What areas do you service?

North Brisbane to Sunshine Coast – mostly Caloundra, Sandstone Point Hotel and Bribie Island.  If your venue is located outside of these areas please get in touch and we can discuss options.

 

Do you charge a travel fee?

Yes. $2.50/km return from our HQ in Ningi QLD. Additional fees for hard to access locations. All locations must have parking close by.

 

Do you have a minimum hire?

Our minimum hire is $1000 plus travel unless you have hired from the Enhance Styling Collection and your ceremony is 25km from Ningi.

 

​What happens if it’s raining on my wedding?

If we could have a magic power it would be to control the weather. If it is raining on your wedding day, we will do our best to make the most of it and will set up at your wet weather venue. We require at least 3hrs notice.  We will use the styling items you have ordered (within reason) considering safety and potential damage. If some items cannot be displayed, we do not offer refunds for unused items. A wet weather venue is important.

 

​​Can I alter the ceremony packages?

No. Our ceremony packages are pre-set and discounted in nature. You can select different faux florals from our range or source fresh florals from your florist.

 

Is there a booking fee?

Yes. 30% non-refundable booking fee to secure the hired items on your date and time. Final payment to be paid 1 month prior to the event date.

 

Do you have a security bond?

Yes. $250 refundable security bond to cover against minor damage. If any items are lost, stolen or damaged while in your care, you have an obligation to pay the full replacement value.
