You're both not a fan of a big wedding bash and its really just about celebrating your love and making your commitment official. Well we hear you! Our elopement packages can be as simple as just the two of you or they can include a few of your favourite people.

The Original
Elopement Package 1
Up to 10 guests. Available at 11am & 3pm
We organise these inclusions at your location:​

CEREMONY
Warm hearted celebrant - short & sweet ceremony plus all legal paperwork and meet + greet
Photographer - 1hr photoshoot with minimum 80 digital images via online gallery (the option to extend coverage)
Luxury ceremony styling items
Faux floral floor arrangements or white plinths with luxe faux florals
Seagrass round ceremony rug
Cute signing table with two signing chairs
Set up and dismantle
Music throughout plus your choice of a processional and recessional song
In-season fresh bridal bouquet and buttonhole
Ceremony location arranged by couple
Full package planning, on the day coordination with event coordinator (your honorary Bridesmaid)
Online pre-wedding consultation with our wedding coordinator via video or phone call
Unlimited telephone and email support
This package caters for up to 10 guests + marrying couple
(we can provide 2 witnesses if you are having a true elopement)

Private Properties & Backyard DIY Weddings
Backyard weddings can be extremely sentimental, offer more budget friendly ideas and not to mention loads of fun. Just because they’re held on private properties doesn’t mean they’re going to be a breeze to plan. That’s where we come in with all the big-ticket marrying essentials! Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings will bring either our Essentials or one of our Elopement packages to your property, all you need to do is organise the after party and wet weather plan - some clients have used marquees or tipis. Please note there may be terms and conditions attached with renting a private property.
