Meet Carmen, behind scenes creator of Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings - with a Degree in Business Marketing and a background in events and design, she will not only coordinate and style your day, but will run it with some crazy attention to detail. Those who know her will say she’s always had a knack for taking charge and organising events. Let’s say it was her natural calling.
Over the past 15 years Carmen has worked for some of Australia’s most loved brands and charities including Sleepyhead, Sleepmaker, Wonderest, Cystic Fibrosis QLD and Mates4Mates. There she amplified her skills in B2B marketing, events, brand development, social media and fundraising.
Her strong attention to detail and expertise in pulling off epic events lead her to receiving several industry awards. From 900 person galas, international conferences to product launches, is where she found her home making all the finer details come together for a unforgettable experience.
Born and bred on the Sunshine Coast, Carmen has great local knowledge, a love of the region and it's stunning landscapes. She created Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings to merge her passion for creating beautiful events and business savvy nature with her love of the Coast. Leave all the logistics to her and she will make sure every moment from the “Yes” to the “I Do” is stress free and amazing.

Meet Steph, a valued member of Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings and has been with the crew since 2017. She has always had a flare for creating beautiful spaces but it wasn’t until she started working in the wedding industry that she really found her groove.
Steph a local to Bribie Island is always scouting out locations and venues, she never misses beat. Steph started off as a childhood educator on the island for many years. This experience gave her qualities that we love from organisation to crazy fun out of the box ideas not to mention her creativity.
Steph is our go to gurl, the one in charge of the groom and his lads, the guests and coordinates our ceremonies. Those who met Steph refer to her as Carmen’s mini me – it’s the voice! Wait to you meet them.

Meet Bronwen, she brings calm to the crew. Bronwen has always had an affinity for organisation and multi-tasking. Its been her calling since she was a teenager. Yes, you guessed it she handles all the clients in the lead up to their wedding and tames that pre-wedding hype.
Bronwen grew up in the Moreton Bay area and her local knowledge is an asset to the crew. She has a business background which we absoltuely love as she works hard organising the behind scenes for all our weddings.
On a wedding day when Bronwen is not coordinating guests, drinks and vendors you'll find Bronwen hiding out behind the PA that's right she's the DJ send her a request.
