A Sunshine Coast Pop Up Wedding is all the big-ticket wedding items carefully curated into one of our wedding packages.  We make high-end weddings more affordable because our super talented "I Do" Crew comes together on a weekday in a beautiful location to host two stylish wedding packages.  Our weekday model is a smarter way to access this level of wedding vendors and stretch your wedding budget.

+ Elopements {Choose our Essentials Package, run away and get hitched with your nearest and dearest}

+ Small weddings {Take a look at our Eat, Drink & be Married Premium Packages for a 2 hour ceremony and celebration all in one or a small cocktail reception to follow your ceremony at one of our partner venues}

+ Mainstream weddings {Savvy couples add our Essentials Package to their already arranged reception. This way they have the confidence in our crew and can relax and enjoy the day. For that extra peace of mind we also have our list of vendor partners exclusive to our clients e.g. stylist, videographer, photo booth, cake maker, hair and makeup artist, pop up bar etc}

We plan and coordinate your entire Sunshine Coast Pop Up Wedding package with some crazy attention to detail!  From Information Packs, Preferred Suppliers Lists, Meet & Greets, Selection Forms to an epic Run Sheet we have you covered and that’s why we have couples from all over Australia not to mention the globe having weddings with us.  On the day of your wedding we are there with you from the moment you arrive, throughout your ceremony, on the photoshoot to the hugs and kisses as we farewell the newlyweds.  That’s right some call us their honorary Bridesmaid! Warm-hearted celebrant (plus all legal paperwork)

Photographer - 1.5 hr photoshoot with 50 digital images (the option to upgrade)

Breathtaking ceremony location with wet weather venue

High-end ceremony styling including artificial floral installation

24 premium white cross-back wedding chairs

Hydration Station (styled drinks cart with 8L chilled water and 2L juice, bin service and disposable clear cups)

Luxury registry table set up

Music throughout plus your choice of a processional and recessional song

In-season fresh or artificial bridal bouquet and buttonhole (option to add)
