How do our Pop Up Weddings work


A Sunshine Coast Pop Up Wedding is perfect for perfect for all types of weddings from elopements to grand statements. The Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings Your “I Do” Crew pops up together at a gorgeous location on a weekday to host two weddings -  we offer a morning and an afternoon spot. All our dates and locations are pre-set as all the logistics including wet weather plans have been finalised so you have confidence in us and can relax!  Each location has different packages. Some have our more simplified Essentials Package for those who just want to get married, while others have more premium inclusions with grazing platters, drinks and lawn games onsite. If your looking for the whole package with a reception to follow we have you covered either included with us or we’ll hook you up with our contacts. We make high-end weddings more accessible because we only partner with premium vendors. Its really just a smarter way to get hitched with our kickass wedding crew!


A general timeline for a 3pm SCPUW on our 1.5 hour "essentials" package is:

2.45pm - Groom and guests arrive at the ceremony location

2.55pm - Bride arrives

3.00pm - Photographer commences. Ceremony begins (15min, short, sweet and meaningful) couple signs the official registry

3.20pm - Celebrate and mingle with guests. Photographer begins entire group, family and couples' location portraits

4.30pm - Hug and kisses as the wedding concludes Bride and Groom leaves to continue the celebration with either a reception, private dinner/lunch or departs on their honeymoon

We plan and coordinate your entire package with some crazy attention to detail!  From Information Packs, Preferred Suppliers Lists, Meet & Greets, Selection Forms to an epic Run Sheet we have you covered and that’s why we have couples from all over Australia not to mention the globe having destination weddings with us.  On the day we are there with you from the moment you arrive, throughout your ceremony, on the photoshoot to the hugs and kisses as we farewell the newlyweds.  That’s right some call us their honorary Bridesmaid! Its our crew, style and personalities that you can’t replicate.  With a SCPUW you can get hitched with peace of mind as our kick-ass crew takes the pressure off you!

The Legals

Let’s make it official! We organise a warm-hearted marriage Celebrant who you'll both meet either face to face or via Skype.  Our resident Celebrant will take care of all the legal paperwork, lodgement and conduct a short and meaningful wedding ceremony.

Styling & Florals

Our style team is hard at work transforming each location.  We use a range of high end furniture and props for our ceremony spaces including premium wedding chairs, accessories and quality artificial florals.  Pop up doesn’t have to mean budget! We are able to give you a stylish wedding package at an affordable price because our team comes together on the same weekday at the same gorgeous location to host 2 private weddings, instead of paying for 8 hours of their time you are paying for 1.5-2 hours - smarter did I hear you say!  Check out our gallery for examples of our work. All our packages include a gorgeous fresh seasonal or high end artificial bridal bouquet and buttonhole from our exclusive range.  If you are planning on a bridal party you can purchase extra bouquets and buttonholes - we love a Bridal Party!



We’ve teamed up with the talented creatives at Tay + Francis, Jo Hammond Photography and Cloud Catcher Studio to have some awesome photographers on our crew.  These guys are the bees knees and will make sure all your special moments are captured forever including Bride and Groom portraits, wedding party, entire group and location shots. Depending on time you may request family portraits but this may take time away from your location shots which are always epic. We have sourced amazing locations that have huge photographic opportunities. 50 digital images included as standard, you can purchase additional edited images or unlimited images are included in all premium packages. Some locations feature a fun “trash the dress” option if you're daring.

Cake, Canapes & Drinks

For that reception vibe feast on a gourmet selection of canapés and grazing platters featuring delicious local produce while toasting your special day, see locations for specifics.  Some locations include an alcoholic beverage package plus refreshment station.  Don’t forget the cake! Have your choice of two mini cakes flavours included in our premium package.

Coordination, Music & Favours

When we say stress-free we mean it! Our team looks after all the package planning and on-site coordination, plus an epic playlist to add to the atmosphere. What wedding wouldn’t be complete without wedding favours for each guest? Included in our premium package is a wedding favour for everyone to take home to remember this amazing day – you have the choice of three options.
