We organise these inclusions to come to your chosen location:

  • Warm-hearted celebrant (plus all legal paperwork, meet and greet and legal lodgement)

  • Photographer - 75 digital images within the 1.5 hour time frame (with the option to purchase an addition 50 images or upgrade to a 3 or 5 hour coverage)

  • High-end ceremony styling items (weather and ground conditions permitting)

    • Your choice of ceremony arbour and faux florals from our collection (optional)

    • 24 premium natural bamboo folding wedding chairs

    • Seagrass round ceremony rug with accessories (rope side table, Moroccan ottoman)

    • 10 sun parasols

    • Welcome sign

    • Set up and dismantle at the conclusion of your 1.5 hr time frame

  • Luxe hydration station (styled drinks table with 4L chilled water and 2L juice, bin service and disposable clear cups)

  • Luxury registry table set up

  • Music throughout plus your choice of a processional and recessional song

  • In-season fresh or high end artificial bridal bouquet and buttonhole to keep from our range (with the option to add extras)

  • Full package planning

  • On the day package coordination with onsite event coordinator/s at your ceremony (call us your honorary Bridesmaid to help with your photos, guests and squad)

  • 1.5 hours of exclusive use of our services

  • Exclusive access to our Industry Preferred Suppliers Package for any extras you might want to engage in

  • This package caters for up to 40 guests + the marrying couple

  • Add up as many extra guests as your space can hold for $5 extra per person

Indulgence

You love our Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings, but we don't have your location listed. Don't stress! If you already have your property secured, we can come to you. Sunshine Coast Pop Up Weddings is happy to provide our Essentials package across both the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions.  The Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay regions have many beautiful council locations, venues, resorts and retreats to choose from. Plus we also love private properties and backyard DIY weddings.

If you lock in the property and have a rain plan we can come to you.
