Our 2021 wedding packages are designed to help you create a magical day without the stress at your location of choice.  With all the big ticket items included to help your dream day come to life plus a host of extras that can be added to achieve a more tailored wedding package perfect for you both.

We organise these inclusions to come to your location:

  • Warm-hearted celebrant (plus all legal paperwork, meet and greet and legal lodgement)

  • Photographer - 75 digital images within the 1.5 hour time frame (tion to purchase an addition 50 images or upgrade to a 3 or 5 hour coverage)

  • Set up and pack down of our high-end ceremony styling

  • High-end ceremony styling items (option to upgrade from our Ceremony Styling Packages)

    • 2 ceremony rope side tables

    • 1 Moroccan pouf

    • 2 large floral arrangements

    • 24 premium cross back white wedding chairs

    • Seagrass round ceremony rug

    • 2 seagrass aisle runners

    • 10 sun parasols, 10 clear umbrellas

    • Welcome sign and teal easel

  • Lux Hydration Station (styled timber drinks table with 8L chilled water and 2L juice, bin service and disposable cups)

  • Luxury registry table set up

  • Music throughout plus your choice of a processional and recessional song

  • In-season fresh or high end artificial bridal bouquet and buttonhole to keep from our range (with the option to add extras for a bridal party)

  • Full package planning

  • On the day package coordination with onsite event coordinator/s at your ceremony (call us your honorary Bridesmaid to help with your photos, guests and squad)

  • 1.5 hours of exclusive use of our services

  • Exclusive access to our Reception and Industry Preferred Suppliers Package for any extras you might want to engage in

  • This package caters for up to 40 guests + Bride and Groom (add up as many extra guests as your space can hold for $5pp)

  • Personalised welcome sign (your choice of design from our supplier) - $200

  • Peacock chairs for your signing table (2 available) - $80 each 

  • Red boho aisle runners (set of three) - $120

  • Round seagrass jute ceremony rug - $60

  • Consultation to discuss your reception venue, style and budget

  • Unlimited email and phone contact

  • Tailored preferred vendors package based on your consultaion

  • Obtain vendor quotations on your behalf

  • Handle all vendor liaison 

  • Coordination of all contracts

  • Notification of all payments from your approved vendors

  • Run sheet preparation and distribution to all vendors

  • Assistance with your reception floor plan

  • On the day point of contact for your vendors

  • Management of vendors set up and pack down (up to 5 hours)
